By using the VoiceBridge app and services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
VoiceBridge provides real-time speech translation, optional voice cloning, and AI avatar features. Translations and AI outputs are generated automatically and may contain errors; do not rely on them for high-stakes decisions without verification.
You must provide an accurate phone number and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to impersonate others without authorization, to harass, or to violate others' rights. You must have the right to clone any voice you upload — only your own voice, or one you are authorized to use.
Voice cloning and AI avatar features must not be used to deceive, defraud, or impersonate real people without consent. When asked directly, the AI avatar will disclose that it is AI.
You retain ownership of your content and digital self. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the Service for you.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProxAI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

你须提供真实手机号并妥善保管账户。你对账户下的活动负责。
你同意不将本服务用于非法目的、未经授权冒充他人、骚扰或侵犯他人权利。你必须拥有所克隆声音的权利——只能是你本人的声音，或你已获授权使用的声音。
声线克隆与 AI 替身功能不得用于在未经同意的情况下欺骗、诈骗或冒充真实人物。当被直接询问时，AI 替身会如实表明自己是 AI。
你保留对自己内容与数字自我的所有权。你授予我们有限许可，仅为向你提供服务而处理这些内容。
本服务按"现状"提供，不附带任何形式的保证。我们不保证服务不中断或无错误。
在法律允许的最大范围内，ProxAI 不对因你使用本服务而产生的间接或后果性损害负责。
你可随时停止使用本服务。若违反本条款，我们可暂停或终止你的访问。

違法な目的、無断での他者へのなりすまし、嫌がらせ、他者の権利侵害に本サービスを使用しないことに同意します。クローンする音声の権利を有している必要があります——あなた自身の声、または使用を許諾された声に限ります。
音声クローンおよび AI アバター機能を、同意なく実在の人物を欺く・詐取する・なりすます目的で使用してはなりません。直接尋ねられた場合、AI アバターは自らが AI であることを正直に開示します。
コンテンツとデジタル・セルフの所有権はお客様に帰属します。お客様は、本サービス提供のためにのみ処理する限定的なライセンスを当社に付与します。
本サービスは「現状有姿」で提供され、いかなる保証も伴いません。中断やエラーがないことを保証しません。
法律で認められる最大限の範囲で、ProxAI は本サービスの利用から生じる間接的・結果的損害について責任を負いません。
いつでも利用を停止できます。本規約違反の場合、当社はアクセスを停止または終了することがあります。
